what we do.

The Keziah Project works with women in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia who desire to leave the sex industry. When women come into the Keziah House, they are met by a staff who will not judge them but instead see, value, love, and invest in them. Our staff work to reflect the values of Eyes That See in all they do.

In the first phase of the year-long program, the women live at our center, The Keziah House, where they receive care for physical needs such as clean water, health care, and daily life necessities. Mental, emotional, and spiritual needs are attended to through counseling, community-building, and education from an accredited school. Upon graduating the program, the women transition into the surrounding community and are offered continued support as they enter the workforce and begin to live independent lives. Alumni of the program continue to receive support through monthly visits with staff members and ongoing functions at the Keziah house, where they are forever considered part of the family.

Since the first class in 2010 we have had over 160 women graduate the program and that number grows every year. We have 100% job placement after graduation. The women leave with lifelong friendships which continue to support them long after they have graduated.

Where you fit.

Many of us can feel burdened to make an impact on the world and yet feel paralyzed by how great the need is. We wonder, “Where do I start? What difference can one person make?” There is a place for you at our table.

  • Give financially.

  • Purchase something in our Store.

  • Host a fundraiser as a small group, book club, office, or individual

  • Follow and Share about us on social media

Because we are a smaller organization, we are able to work with all types of fundraising. We have participated in craft sales, golf tournaments, art shows, and social events where the proceeds benefit Eyes That See. We have found the best collaborations stem from ideas unique to the individuals involved, and we are always open to exploring these with you!

We invite you to explore and get creative . If we can help along the way, please contact us.
